Perkville Fitness Challenge: October 2019

October 5, 2019

-All participants will need to perform the challenge in front of an exercise physiologist.

-Start by standing with your arm out, slightly bent at the elbows. Hold your fingers opposite the 12-inch mark without touching the yard stick.

-The ex phys will drop the ruler without warning and try to catch it with your fingers (without moving your arm) as quickly as you can.

-Score will be the number of centimeters between the starting and stopping mark. The distance then will be converted into reacted time.

-You will have four (4) attempts and the average of best 3 scores will be recorded.
