Perkville Fitness Challenge: December 2019

Rules:

  • The subject stands on one foot on one side of the tape with the foot parallel to the tape.
  • On the command ‘Go’ they hop across the line; this is continued as rapidly as possible for 15 seconds.
  • After 15 seconds, rest for at least 30 seconds and repeat on other foot.

 

Scoring:

  •  One point is awarded each time the subject lands with one foot entirely on the other side of the tape during the 15 second trial.
  • A jump does not count if the subject touches the tape.
  • A jump does not count if the subject touches the ground with their other foot.
  • Average the scores from the two trials
