Perkville Fitness Challenge: January 2020

January 1, 2020

Rules:

  • To do the dumbbell front raise stand with feet hip width, holding dumbbells in front of thighs, palms facing thighs. Men use 10 lb dumbbells.  Women use 5 lb dumbbells.
  • Keeping torso steady and core tight (to avoid rounding or arching low back), raise arms to shoulder height.
  • Hold for as long as possible until hands drop below shoulders.
