Join us for total body strength and conditioning!

Sweating for the Wedding uses a combination of circuit and body weight training that will push you to your limits. This class is perfect for couples getting married, bridal parties, groomsmen and anyone who wants to look their best on the big day!

Island Barre

This 50 minute ballet barre class targets all areas of the body using small isometric movements to help increase flexibility, balance and muscle tone. Ballet barre is a challenging yet low-impact class that is suitable for all ages.

Island Barre April  


Learn To Swim

If you have little or no swim experience, but want to learn, this is the class for you. Learn basic skills, get comfortable, build your confidence and start moving through the water in no time. Breathing techniques, floating, submersion and basic swimming strokes will be covered.

W.O.W. Women on Weights

NEXT ROUND STARTS JULY 12TH!

Strength training should have a place in everyone’s fitness regimen. Particularly Women!

With Women on Weights, you’ll learn the proper way to incorporate strength training as well as core, balance and flexibility exercises into your life.

Will I bulk up lifting weights?
No, but you can potentially burn more calories than with just a cardio workout. Research has shown you can continue to burn calories for several hours after strength training.

In order to last 12 rounds, boxers have to have great cardiovascular conditioning and now you can get in the same type of shape.

 

This 8 week class will put you through the rigors so you can go the distance and be in the best shape of your life. You’ll also learn proper boxing fundamentals.

Functional Movement Screening Test

Functional Movement Screen (FMS) was created as a means to evaluate an individual’s mobility, movement patterning, core stability and neuromuscular coordination.

 

FMS contains seven basic tests that identify weaknesses and asymmetries that increase the chance of injury.

 

FMS has been shown to reduce both the risk factors for injuries and costsassociated with injuries.
