Towel Services:
Shower towels are available for rent at the front desk. Rates are per towel and members also have the option of monthly towel service. Please ask one of our friendly Front Desk staff for more information.

Workout towels are available for purchase only at the Front Desk as well.

Babysitting Services:
Babysitting is available for members of the club and non-members visiting the club in out “Kid’s Cove” room. A reservation IS required so please call 607-266-3861 or click here for more information.

Beverages/Snacks:
We offer a wide variety of sports drinks, protein shakes, water, protein bars, granola bars, etc. for sale at the front desk. Members have the option of purchasing items on their account if they for get cash or credit/debit card.

Pro-Shop:
Our pro-shop houses a variety of Island Workout Apparel and Accessories for any of your workout needs. Items such as goggles, swim caps, locks, earplugs, locks, shorts, t-shirts workout-towels, workout-bags, hats, sweatshirts and much more. Stop at the Front Desk to see what we have to offer!!
